“There aren’t enough positive superlatives to describe Scott and his team! We have worked with Scott for years: he sold a house for us, helped us find two homes, and has been invaluable in our search for a new place. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and caring. His experience, work ethic, and attention to detail are far beyond what I’ve seen with other realtors. He is ethical and trustworthy (heck, even my mom trusts him—and she doesn’t trust anyone!) I know he must be extremely busy, but he always answers calls and makes you feel like you’re his only client. He even checks in to say hello when we’re not actively engaged in real estate matters. We went through the strangest of experiences: we were in escrow for several years on a property because of the sellers’ permit issues. Scott was looking out for us through the whole process. At the onset, he made sure that we didn’t tie up a lot of money in the escrow because it was going to be a protracted process. When the sellers eventually breached the purchase agreement, Scott spoke to a lawyer on our behalf to get a sense of our position and recommended that we file a claim. I was on the fence, but I am so glad he convinced us to do so! The settlement was more than I could have imagined, and it was all due to his knowledge of the real estate world and the law. He even put us in touch with our lawyer, who was equally ethical, trustworthy, and caring (amazing, right?). “My first interaction with Scott was 15+ years ago when he would take the time to walk my Porter Ranch neighborhood and talk to me and my neighbors. He always carried with him a note pad and packed a big smile, friendly demeanor, and gave me confidence in knowing that he was serious about being the go-to agent for my area. But what struck me most is that he took the time to care not only about selling my home, but took an interest in me and my situation no matter what came up. “Thank you Scott! Scott is without a doubt the top agent in the San Fernando Valley. Scott helped me buy my dream home in Toluca Lake. What I really appreciated about Scott is how he was always brutally honest about every home we saw. He would tell the pros and cons of each home. The home I bought it was an extremely long process with several hiccups due to the seller not being truthful about the disclosures and some of the things wrong with the home. Scott had his team of experts and vendors inspect the home to show how the seller was not being honest. For example, Scott tracked down a window specialist for a specific brand of windows because the seller claimed they were new and it took time for them to be able to adjust properly. Turned out the contractor did size the windows properly. The seller also was treating a brand new salt water pool with chlorine which we learned thanks to Scott’s pool guy. If it was not for Scott and his negotiating skills I would have been on the hook for everything we found wrong. Scott handholds you from beginning to end, promptly updates you what is happening, and is always available which makes you feel like your his only client. More than anything else Scott became a forever friend. Forever grateful for all of Scott’s help!”

All real estate transactions are unique and require top end market intelligence, sales skill, persistence, diligence, and acute attention to detail. In this regard, Scott’s professionalism went far beyond our expectations.

Scott actually sold our home twice. Scott sold our home at the apex of a Seller’s Market. Leveraging multiple offers and fevered competition, Scott recorded the highest ever selling price within our housing track. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure our replacement property and terminated the sale. Scott then sold our property a second time. In a rapidly evolving Buyer’s Market, and considering prevailing market conditions, Scott sold our property at top dollar. Scott leveraged his team’s fabulous marketing capabilities; including traditional media, social media, open houses, and a huge network of associates both within and outside of Park Regency, to bring the largest audience of qualified, motivated buyers.

What we learned though during this sales process is that selling and accepting an offer is just the beginning of the process that includes deposits, inspections, due diligence on loan approvals, contingency releases, and closing.
